Zaidi Law Firm – A Legacy of Service

  • 1974-1979: Founding and Early Years: Dr. Muhammad Al-Zaidi established the firm’s predecessor in Al-Khoms, focusing on [Civil and Criminal Law].
  • 1979-1990:  Practice Temporarily Suspended: Due to regulatory changes implemented during the Gaddafi regime, the firm’s operations were temporarily on hiatus.
  • 1990-1996: Resumption of Practice in Khoums: The practice resumed under a partnership of three experienced lawyers, specializing in Civil , Criminal and commercial law.
  • 1996-2020: Consultants Group Bureau (C.G.B.): The firm relocated to Tripoli and operated as C.G.B., expanding its expertise in [ Banking & Finance, Corporate M&A, Projects, Energy & Infrastructure, Capital Markets and Dispute Resolution.].
  • 2020-Present: Zaidi Law Firm: The firm transitioned into a full-service law firm, offering comprehensive legal services with a team of specialists across all legal disciplines, ensuring clients receive the highest quality representation
